just finished a second advert in which i have tried to target young mothers, alothough it doesnt initially mention young mothers in the brief the target age range is going to include these figures and for storage like this ikea does it well so they should be targeted i thing

just stummbled across this would be cool idea to try and make characters for a ikea soap using mini furnature like these

at the end of most of the ikea adverts they have a slogan and and the name of the company usually there logo sometimes not, im not going to go to far away from this, im going to use a fridge board thing to spell out the slogan and ikea using stop frame also, the final is on the disc called "ending"

I finally got my better quality camera back today and created a stop frame using a wardrobe and clothes....yeh the clothes climb back into the wardrobe and the laundry basket its basicly a dream of mine!

Now watching it i quite like how poor quality the others are, this looks to crisp but not good enough to be professional, whereas the others look like they would be viral adverts so im just going to carry on using the rubbish camera!

after that last event ive decided to look more at ikea adverts and see what else they have done so that i dnt make the mistake of making just a similair advert and ended up finding these apparently banned ikea adverts

where as that i find funny and stuck in my head for a bit probably as it could happen in my room... sort of advert thats going to encourage teenagers/students to buy from ikea i think

i went came home back to manchester yesterday for xmas and showed one of my mates some of the stuff i had been doing only to be informed that ikea have made stop frame advert and he had seen it on youtube...

and guess what hes right ive just found it, i like it again its done by a lot of people over a lot of time with high production values as you would expect, im going to stick with the stopframe idea still tho just try and make it have some sort of simplicity and quirky feel

argh i spent the whole of yesterday and last night making a stop frame out of my little cousins toys only to see today on my laptop that most of the images are dark and blurry and basicly a waste of time so i havent bothered to edit fully but the general idea is there " toys dark" on the disc

Ive just made my first advert i watched a old video recording and saw the corsa hide and seek advert again n came up with an idea of the shoes racing to try n get to the storage as if they wanted to be in it cos its such cool ikea things blah blah etc

so sort of like a wacky races setting anyway the file is taking ages to upload on to this so its " Advert One - Box" on the CD ive handed in

ive come up with a idea well sort of ovbvious but to make adverts about storage, using cupboards n boxes etc mainly and animating objects that the target audience will be in use with such as clothes, make up, shoes and maybe toys storage as the age group is that may have young children

so after seing some stop frame animations ive tried to make one so ok its not the best at all its just to see if i could do it and can so here it is
